Shared Horizons Photo is currently booking youth sports teams for organized photo days, game day action coverage, and custom Founder’s Edition player trading cards. The goal is simple: capture the athletes, the team, and the story of the season in a way families will want to keep.
Ordering & Gallery Access
Client galleries are delivered through private online gallery links. Families may view available images and purchase digital downloads, prints, team photos, player card products, and other available photo products directly through the assigned gallery.
For youth sports and team sessions, gallery access may be shared by the team organizer, coach, parent contact, or directly by Shared Horizons Photo. Product availability may vary by session, package, gallery setup, and fulfillment option.

How Families Receive Photos

Policies
Refund, Delivery & Cancellation Policy
Digital image purchases are generally final once delivered or downloaded. If there is a technical issue with a purchased image or order, please contact Shared Horizons Photo so the issue can be reviewed and resolved.
Print and product delivery times may vary based on the gallery provider, print lab, shipping method, and product availability. Session cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Privacy & Youth Photography
Private galleries are used for client image delivery. For youth sports and team photography, Shared Horizons Photo may request parent or guardian permission, roster details, and parent contact information to prepare galleries and deliver photos.
Client information is used for scheduling, gallery setup, photo delivery, order support, and related business communication.
